We usually use EMS, UPS and USPS depending on the destination and if its “free shipping” or “expedited shipping”.
Yes. By the moment we provide free shipping to over 200 countries. However, there are some specific locations we are unable to ship to. If this is your case, we will contact you.
We are not responsible for any custom fee. Usually you don’t need to pay anything for toys and action figures because this kind of things are not expensive. However, its better if you know how this works in your country.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Yes, you can see the tracking number in “my orders”. Also, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. Note that sometimes, if you select the “free shipping” tracking is not available (This apply only if the item are very cheap and sometimes if you are outside of United States.)
Don’t worry, in some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days to see the tracking info and the updates.
For logistical reasons, sometimes the items in the same purchase will be sent in separate packages, and other times you will receive all in one package
