All orders can be cancelled if you contact us on time. If your order has been paid and you need to cancel an order, you can contact us within 15 hours. After that time, the shipping process has started, so the order can’t be cancelled.

- If you did not receive your order within the guaranteed time (25 days to USA and 45 days to other countries) you can request a refund.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item in good condition (we don’t cover the costs in this case).
- Full or Partial Refund if the item is not as described.
The refund can not be accepted in one of this cases:
- Your order did not arrive because you made a mistake with the shipping address
- Your order has delays due to exceptional circumstances (i.e. delayed by a natural disaster or a local problem in your country).

If you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed within 7 days for PayPal and between 7-14 days to credit cards.
